He has also consulted with a wide range of organizations, from JetBlue Airlines to the U.S. Department of Transportation, always with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Dr. Jones earned his BA in English from Morehouse College, and he earned his Master’s in Public Administration from Penn State University. He also holds a PhD in Workforce Education and Development from Penn State.
